Why Gluten Free?
We are a 100% Gluten free bakery because the owner Kat was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2020. After 22 years of eating everything she wanted she suddenly had a major life change. It took months to find any foods she liked and even longer to find any good baked goods. That started her love for baking. Kat started testing and tweaking recipes, until she couldn’t believe they were gluten free.
Meet Kat
Hey there I’m Kat, when I’m not in my kitchen baking I’m in my daughters play kitchen making ice cream or spending quality time with my family. Baking was my hobby before being diagnosed with Celiac disease, it is now my passion. I love finding and creating new recipes to share with others, nothing feels better than being able to give someone a Gluten Free treat that they had forgotten what it tasted like.
